Fragmentarism is a striking phenomenon of our times. An overload of images, impressions and information is generated and shared. We are forced to analyze and curate them in no time. Ruthlessly…

Our attention has weakened, concentration shortened. And we are looking for instant answers on existential questions.
Because of this fragmentation, images, texts, quotes, … are placed out of their context, enlarged and/or placed into a new context. Volatility at its best.

The phenomenon inspired us to design the wall. Picking pictures and texts from the internet that intrigued us, placing them next to each other. Sometimes curated, often random. The content is manipulated and juxtaposed.

The random compositions are often even more interesting. The imagination of each viewer creates an own – new – interpretation, even with identical elements. Furthermore the possible combinations are infinite.
